Biography:
I was born in Podgorica in 1967. where I finished high school. I graduated from the Faculty of medicine in Sarajevo in 1991., and specialised in anesthesia , reanimation and intensive care at the University of Belgrade in 1999. From 1999 to 2002, I worked as an anesthesiologist at the Kotor General Hospital.Since 2002 I have been employed at the Clinical Centar of Montenegro.In the year 2003, I attended Salzburg medical seminar and in 2004 and 2008 I respectively spent a month at the University hospital in Viena(AKH). In 2006 I passed the master’s exam in the field of pulmology at the University of Belgrade.Several times I stayed at the Rebro University Hospital in Zagreb for advanced training in various fields related to the transplantation program. I am the author of a number of papers in the field of anesthesia, intensive care and kidney transplantation. I am a regular member of ESAIC and ESPEN and I am representative of Montenegro in National Anesthesiologists Societies Committee (NASC). I am the head of the Central Intesive Care Unit of KCCG.
