Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will be informed of the status of your order via the email you provided during the ordering process. The order is accepted by the company “Society of Anesthesiologists and Intensivists of Montenegro” only after we send you an email confirmation of its acceptance.
You can make payments for products on our online store using one of the following methods: payment cards – VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard that support online payments. Card payments are processed in collaboration with NLB Bank AD Podgorica and are securely and certifiably processed through the Ixopay Payment Gateway by entering your card details.
After entering your card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction, and the order is approved and enters the further preparation process for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes.
The transaction will be completed, and the amount will be debited from your account only after the registration is accepted by the administrator. If the payment is not completed, i.e., the amount is not debited from your account within 14 days from the acceptance of your order, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the 14-day period, the money reserved on your account will be released and available to you again. After that, you can repeat the same or a new order and proceed with the payment related to them.
Please check with the bank that issued your card to confirm whether your card supports online payments.
When entering credit card information, confidential information is transmitted in a protected (encrypted) form over a public network using SSL protocol, utilizing the latest methods of sensitive data tokenization, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Credit card data is never accessible to the merchant at any time.
3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – Ixopay Payment Gateway employs the highest global standards for data protection and privacy. All merchants using Ixopay Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, ensuring the security of the purchase. Customer credit card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s system, and data entry is protected by SSL encryption.
PCI standards protect sensitive user card data throughout the entire payment process: from the moment of entering data at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of this data.
When customer card data is TOKENIZED at their request or the merchant’s decision (stored in a certified manner for later use), such data is stored on Ixopay PCI-DSS certified servers. Such tokenized card data is transmitted in a completely secure and certified manner. The merchant never has access to card numbers and other sensitive data at any time, but receives a reference number (token) that only they can use according to the conditions agreed upon with the customer. The customer has the option to deregister a previously registered card or change the details of a previously tokenized card.
In case of a refund to a customer who has previously paid with a credit card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, the refund is made exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard card used for payment. This means that our bank, upon our request, will make a refund to the cardholder’s account.

In the event of contract termination, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The amount is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product and after verifying that the product has been returned undamaged and in good condition.
The law governing distance sales establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person purchasing a product for their individual needs, not for professional purposes), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product is delivered. When withdrawing, the buyer may, but is not obligated to, state the reasons for withdrawal. The form/declaration of withdrawal from the contract becomes legally effective from the day it is sent to the merchant. In case of contract withdrawal, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product and after verifying that the product is undamaged and in good condition. The customer is obliged to return the product without delay, no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal form was sent. After the 14-day period from sending the withdrawal form, the product cannot be returned. When returning the product, it is mandatory to return it in good and unused condition and in its original undamaged packaging, including the original fiscal receipt. Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is undamaged and in good condition. The customer is responsible for any defects or damage to the product resulting from inadequate handling, i.e., the customer is solely responsible for any diminished value of the product that arises as a result of handling the goods in a manner that is not adequate or goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If it is determined that defects or damage to the product are due to the fault of the customer, the return of the price will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense. The merchant is obliged to promptly refund the consumer the amount paid under the contract, no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the withdrawal statement, after receiving the product.
The costs of returning goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a faulty or incorrect item.
All items displayed on our online store DAICG.me can be ordered in a very fast and easy way. All you need to do is find the item you want and provide your details.
Once you access our website, go to the Registration page.
When you choose the appropriate type of registration by clicking the Buy button, you add the product to your cart. After doing so, a new window will appear at the top of the screen, offering you the option to view the items in your cart and proceed directly to checkout.
If you have completed the product selection process, click on the “CHECKOUT” option to open a new field where you need to enter your personal information and address. After entering the address, click “NEXT” to proceed to the next step.
The next thing to do is to review your order. The screen will display information about all the items you previously added to the cart. If all the information is correct, proceed to order confirmation.
Then, select “Credit Card Payment” as the payment method.
If you choose credit card payment, fields will appear where you need to enter the following information: card number, cardholder’s name, card expiration date, and card CVV number (verification number on the back of the card) – usually located on the back of the card. You may also be asked to enter the card type (brand).
In the next step, a purchase confirmation will appear that you can print or simply record transaction information – transaction status information (whether the transaction was successful or not), order ID number – each order’s ID number is unique, the amount you paid, the currency in which the transaction was made, the last 4 digits of the card you used for payment and the card type or brand, the bank’s authorization code – a unique number for each successful card transaction, and the date and time of the transaction.
This step concludes the online purchase process. After that, you will be informed of the status of your order via email. The order is accepted by the merchant only after we send you an email confirmation.
