Biography
After completing her secondary education at Ankara Bahçelievler Deneme High School, she graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. Following her education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation, she became an Anesthesiology and Reanimation Specialist. She held the position of Coordinator Clinical Chief of the Anesthesia Clinics and Intensive Care Units at the Ministry of Health Diskapi Yldrm Beyazt Training and Research Hospital.
She was the Head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Düzce University Faculty of Medicine and the Chief Physician of Düzce University Health Practice and Research Hospital.
She worked on anesthesia in heart surgery at Brompton Heart and Lung Hospital in England and anesthesia applications in intrauterine surgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. She was a commission member in the Anesthesiology and Reanimation specialization training curriculum preparation commissions under the supervision of the Ministry of Health Medical Specialization Board Curriculum Formation and Standards Setting System. Her areas of study include neuroanesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, and airway management.
She is still working at TOBB Economy and Technology University Faculty of Medicine. She is also a board member of the Association of Anesthesiology and Reanimation Specialists (ARUD).
